What campus events are open to the public?

Mini Medical School, Chancellor’s Concert Series, Farmer’s Market, and other activities produced by Arts & Events are offered to the public.

Can I use University facilities?

Some of our facilities are open to the public - including the Laurel Heights, Millberry Union, and Mission Bay conference centers; Millberry Fitness & Recreation Center at Parnassus, and Bakar Fitness & Recreation Center at Mission Bay; Outdoors Programs, University Stores, UCSF Library, and other retail vendors on campus.

Are there subsidies available for conference center facility use?

As a service to our community, we co-sponsor the use of conference facilities at our Laurel Heights, Parnassus Heights and Mission Bay campuses for non-profit groups and organizations throughout the City and County of San Francisco. The purpose of these subsidies is to offer local non-profit groups and organizations access to UCSF facilities for events such as meetings, receptions, conferences and retreats. Annual subsidies are limited and will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis. Please see the instructions on how to apply for a subsidy.

How do I apply for a job at the University?

Can I advertise or sell goods and services on University grounds?

Can the public buy surplus campus property?

The UCSF Materiel Management Department has a warehouse where you can purchase surplus property. Check the UCSF Equipment Donation Protocol.
